  • After Updating to 19.5MR3

    Policyroute Service is Dead 

    We tried restarting the Service -> 503 Failed

    We Reversed the Firmware to 19.5 MR2 -> Still Dead

    We imported a Backup -> Still Dead.

    Any help here ?

  • Hi   Can you please help us with the Support case ID for this one to check and confirm the case status?

    .Can you please share the below log or command output from the affected appliance? OR you may share csc.log file in a zip attachment here or via DM to review the same. Please also share the approximate date and time when the issue was observed 1st time.

    # cat /log/csc.log | grep -i "policyroute"

    Please ensure the appliance has proper disk space available and that any partitions are not near to full usage. The same can be checked and validated via the below command.
