Sophos Network Agent Android

Hi Andreas Kossmann1  Sophos Authenticator App for Android is not available any more on the Google play store as it has been declared end of life.

Hi Andreas Kossmann1  End user may log in via the Captive portal-based authentication mechanism or you may create a clientless user.

So there is no app option anymore? The portal does not work very well as only option on a android phone too many things need internet before you can pull up a web site and login. Most devices say wifi not available before you can even get that far.

Hi Andreas Kossmann1  Sorry for creating confusion here. You have mentioned the details for "Sophos Network Agent Android" and I replied for "Sophos Authenticator App". I am checking internally with our team why Sophos Network Agent is not available or not showing on Playstore and will keep you posted once I have the latest update on it.

Hi Andreas Kossmann1  Our team is working on this one to get further feedback from the Dev team and the Reference ID is - NC-114417 for the same. I will let you know once I have the next update on it.

I seeing this error on one of my devices.

This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android.

Hi Larry Gutman,Yes support team is aware of this latest error and the Dev team has already started working with the Google team to fix the issue and open ID for this one is NC-116464. I will keep you posted on this based on further feedback from our internal team.
