Web Blocked and Not Load Properly

Hello,

i have sophos xg who have 2 rules, 1 rules is drop all connection and i place that in bottom, 1 rule allow to some sites like pic i attach, but, when I try to access some of these websites, some are still blocked, and some don't load properly. any help??
