Apologies, unfortunately, I have the same situation with the image, and apologies for the confusion.

I've sent the link as a reference that it can also be blocked on mobile. Since you've already accomplished the Custom Policy. Have you tested it on your mobile?

Is the traffic still being allowed on mobile?
