Sophos Connect is not working in Windows 11

Hi Balaji Elumalai: Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. Unfortunately, Windows 11 is not yet listed in the supported OS platform of Sophos connect client 2.x and due to that it may give certain challenges when you are using it with an unsupported OS platform.

you say that the Sophos Connect is not supported by Windows 11 in the mean time that VPN client is in EOL and the word is migrating to Windosw11?

Sophos Connect seems to wok fine with Windows 11, beside some issues with visibility. So most customer i know, could actually run Win11.

So when will Sophos officially announce Win11 support for Sophos Connect ? or is there any beta version available?

There is no official WIn11 announcement yet. But it seems to work fine. In your case, try to reinstall Sophos Connect. 

Actually, I am not able to uninstall Sophos connect because of "strongSwan IPsec Service", whenever I initiate the uninstall wizard, it got stuck for some time, then rolls back the process.

ahaha, I wan't to see you when you sell new Sophos Products and you mention your opinion: seems to work fine!!

I am not selling products on basis of non supported features. 
The statement is: There is no official support but it seems to work fine on most installations. 
You can take this as it is. BTW: ZTNA is supported by Win11, as far as i know. 

We have the sam issue.
Clean Win11 installation. Sophos Connect deployed by Intune.

Service is stopping instantly.

Switched to the old VPN client.

Hi, Schukaroi I would suggest opening a support investigation case with a TSR file, error snapshot, system event viewer logs (if generating any logs) and XG side required log file to drive it further and to conclude it.

I can't believe that! One of the Sophos Forums Staff wrote in an other tread here, that there is a "sprint" in development for the new SC client. Seems to become a marathon.

Hi LHerzog: This was discussed with the Product/Dev team Internally and as per the update from them, There is no behavioral change with Windows 10 and Windows 11. Both were supported by SCC 2.1 and will be supported by SCC 2.2 - but if it is not working with any customer then that can be investigated further with support case with required logs.
