  • Could be the report partition is > 80% full, try manually purging old data - that's under Reports > Reports settings > Manual Purge. It normally takes till the next day for the reporting to recover. There's a Knowledgebase article about this if I recall correctly.

  • Hi,

Some parts of my reports are empty today and the report partition is at 10%, so that might not be the answer.

Update:- now checking the online GUI reports and everything is empty. So something broke it and I have not made any changes the XG configuration today.

  • Hi,

Here is a lovely graph of disk usage for the last 48 hrs.

So, the summary would indicate a bug somewhere in the software writing data to the reports database?

  • Looks like a restart is required so that the data will be published in my daily reports.

    Not good.

  • Hi folks,

the graphs of my external connection after the restart, which as far as a I can see re-enforces the previous reports about XG accuracy.

The first graph is a failure for a 50/20mb/s link.

The second graph is fantastic for a 50/20mb/s link.
