Cant register new XG

Rodrigo,

go ahead without registering it and once in the UI, try to register the XG again. Make sure your computer connected to XG is using XG as dns server.

I got the same error, it is weird because I have just registered other XG, it is something with this one.

It turns out that the system date was wrong.

Please contact customer care.  They should be able to fix this.

Alternatively try re-image the unit.

All else fails customer care will transfer your case to tech support if its not an issue they can resolve.
