We manage a number of Firewalls via Sophos Central, previously we have been able to change the Display name from the devices serial number to a more descriptive name.
The last two devices we have added, we no longer see the option to edit the device name, so all we can see is the Serial Number of the device which makes locating and managing the devices difficult.
