Manual Purge

Dear All

Please find attached file i can't see current month reporting due to attached screen does not allow me to change this settings, if i change and save when next time i check this settings it shows same as in attached screen. please let me know how can see my current month reporting in sophos xg

Hi,

I would suspect that is because we are still in the month of March 2020.

Why do you want to delete March 2020 reports?

Dear in sophos xg live dashboard i can't see current internet usage reporting, when i have checked the report settings then it showed me manual purge set on current month date and year like (March-2020) to (March-2020) so if i change these settings then it can not change.

It is by default set on March-2020 and can not change.

What version of firmware are you running?

Is your installation an upgrade or a new installation?

You do not need to change that setting, just move your mouse to the next tab.

My original post said you cannot remove this month because it is still active.

The screenshot which you have shared is for purging the reports, are you trying to purge the reports for the Month of the March 2020.

Could you please provide specific details on your requirements? It would help us to assist you better.

Simply i don't want to purge any report but i can not see March 2020 logs reporting. so please suggest me what can i do to view March 2020 reports.
