Apple Watch weather compilation doesn't work with SSL/TLS inspection

This wasn't an issue in XG 17.5 but it was an issue in EAP XG 18 that appears to still be an issue in GA. Basically, the weather compilation does not show any weather data when a SSL/TLS inspection rule is enabled for my Apple Watch and Apple iPhone. If I remove the SSL/TLS inspection rule for my Apple Watch and Apple iPhone, it works fine.
