XG Firewall blocking Outlook emails

We have XG125, and we noticed it blocks all of are sending emails in Outlook but we can receive emails, the only way to send emails is if we use a VPN Software we get sending reported error (0x80042109) in outlook client any help would be appreciated

Could you shortly explain, which technique you using in Outlook?

Are you sending with SMTP or via HTTPs?

Is your outlook connected to Office365 and using a mailbox in the cloud?

please give us more details about your installation.

Mail server is internal or external?

Are you using mail filtering on XG?
