AP55C Recovery

Hello,

I have seen previous old discussions about recovery of AP55 and the recovery tool available up to AP50.  I have currently got 2 WiFi APs on the network, an AP55 which I successfully recovered using these forum instructions when I bought it, and an AP30 which is working ok but just on 2.4GHz and is actually the bottleneck for the network.

I have bought an AP55C which I have managed to brick as the network switch it was connected to did a reboot at the same time it was trying to do a firmware update.

Is there a recovery tool available for the AP55C so I can recover this?

Thanks

Ian

  • If the AP is not able to get any IP at all, so stuck in somehow Boot loop and not doing anything, seems like the AP is bricked without a way to recover.

Where did you buy this AP ?
