Network Traffic Quota for Specific VLAN

Question

Hi, 
 I need to add a network traffic quota to a specific VLAN. 
 But I couldn't find that and is there has any way to do like that?

Network traffic quota policy is applicable to users or users groups only.

As of now no option to apply the same under firewall rule. (where you may specify the network or IP host etc)
