Hey guys,
I'm having trouble viewing the live videos from my Nest cameras. I only get a still image instead of a video.
How can I allow this traffic from Dropcam in my Sophos please?
Thank all!

What is the firewall rule configuration to allowing Nest cameras in Sophos Firewall? I've read on some external articles that it also requires an outbound 1443 port to run its service. You need to make sure that you have properly allowed all the required ports for your Google Nest Camera to function.

That's in fact my question. How can I know which ports I need to open for this application?
So where do I detect the traffic from my Dropcam?
And when the traffic is found, how do i allow this traffic in my Sophos.
Beginners questions, i know & sorry :-)
You will need to look into the firewall log. I suggest you create a filter in the log viewer for source IP address and input the public IP address you are coming from.
Watch the log whilst trying to access the camera. You should see dropped requests.
For which ports are needed outbound, I suggest you create an outbound rule with source IP of the Dropcam and set any services. Do not have any scanning policies applied.
Then check to see if it works.

Please refer Sophos XG: CLI Troubleshooting Tools and check for TCPDUMP, it shows how can you identify which traffic (Ports and IP addresses) is being sent to Sophos XG. If you want to check the same in GUI, please refer to this KBA Sophos XG Firewall: How to monitor traffic using packet capture utility in the GUI
Since you're new to Sophos XG Firewall, I would suggest watching this XG Firewall - Getting Started YouTube Playlist.
