Bridge interface limited to 10MBit/s

where do you see the 10 Mb/s speed?

I only see S/0. Also, why you are bridging everything?

Thank you for your response. I can see the limitation when I download a file from the outside on File Station and also when I monitor the interface using SNMP (picture).

Regarding your question about bridging everything, I just configured Sophos in bridge mode from the beginning, following also these guides :

As I said in my post, I don't want to create multiples networks (Basically, I just set up Sophos as a switch).

Just to explain a litlle bit better, here is a description of my infra :

Internet > ISP router > Sophos XG > home network (including my servers and Synology nas).

I'm open to any suggestions.

Try to change the affected Interface speed from Auto Negotiation to 1000 mbit/s full duplex. Do it on both ends. Maybe something is broken in the negotiation process between both peers.

Thank for this suggestion but I can't change the speed manually as there is no option to do that for the bridge interface.

You need to perform it per Interface within the Bridge.

I tried to configure the speed to 1Gbit/s on all ports but the Br0 speed is still limited to 10MB/s.

I also removed the LACP from the bridge interface just for testing but it's still the same speed.

I tried t move the WAN out of the bridge but it doesn't work.

Sounds odd to me. Could you please Upgrade to V18 EAP3? There are couple fixes / Improvements for Bridges. Maybe that fixes your issue.

Update : I saw that some people have problems on the EAP 3. Regarding what EAP 3 brings, I don't think that's a viable solution.

What is your ISP speed for both upload and download?

Do you get the same issue when trying to download from inside the network?  What I mean by this, when you download a file from another website through the XG, is it still restricted to 10Mb/s?

I spent a whole day on the problem and ended up installing Sophos XG 18 EAP 3. Now, the limitation problem is gone.

I think the problem came from the ports themselves, as you can see on the main post picture, I changed the order of the WAN and LAN ports to 1 and 2 respectively. For me, this is the source of the problem, and the only solution is to reinstall Sophos completely.

Now I'm looking for the WAF, I don't find the option on the new interface, but this is something else ;)
