Hi Usman Khan1
If it is observed after setting up new IPSec connection under IPSec section then reason may be below:
In the new configured IPSec connection you might have setup remote gateway as in "*" (Any) which has updated the PSK in XG database with Sophos connection client setting as well.
Please set local and remote ID in IPSec tunnel on which remote gateway is "*" (Any) that will prevent the updatation of PSK to other VPN which also works with IPSec technology and configured with PSK ( Like Sophos connect client, L2TP, Remote Access VPN if configured and present on appliance)

Hi Usman Khan1
If you are configuring the IPSec remote access under IPsec section in that it is better to set or configure local ID only and do not set remote ID and check the status.
