Cannot connect to firewall through Sophos Central when reboot (ssod service issue)

Hello everyone,

I have configured Sophos Firewall in Central Admin to connect through it. When rebooting the firewall, I cannot connect to it through Sophos Central. The issue appear to be the ssod service, it is not running after reboot.

I would like to configure this service to start at boot, any idea on how to do it?

When the XG reboots, how did you connect it through Sophos Central again?

Could you please share more details on ssod service or screenshots/logfile if you have captured?
