Hi,
currently my logviewer report is showing 1949 as the last entry when my time is 2008.
I have changed the time range selection and run update, but no change.
Ian
Further issues with this sub-report the DDNS updates are shown in red as success, I can't find this record and why red. Other system updates are shown in blue. None of the DNS success records are shown.
Now 1410 and the latest figures in the CFR are still 1344 even after many refreshes.

Hi Ian,
Regarding color of icon: we created a bug report and will address it soon.
Regarding mismatch on the number of entries: can you please let us know, which number is not matching exactly on CFR?
The mismatch is with DDNS entries. Some do do not show and those that do are marked in red showing success.
I understand you have a bug report on the colour of the icons.
We also created a Jira for DDNS entries mismatch... will get addressed soon!
Thanks for your feedback. Helpful, indeed!

Mismatch is seen because For DDNS we are logging same event twice in LogViewer while only once in CFR.
CFR behaviour is correct, but due to some bad logic in LogViewer logging, it logs same event twice.
If you want to match, DDNS entries for LogViewer and CFR then disable System Event logging(Configuration -> System services -> Log Settings page)
Please Note: Disabling System Event may have other consequences, Like some other log_component log line may get missed in LogViewer.
Thanks.
but only one entry, the correct one shows in logviewer.
Can you share screenshot of logviewer, because the Jira(NC-54448), has 2 entries in LogViewer and 1 entry in CFR.
Thanks
Hi Anand,
when I posted that response my logviewer had only been showing 1 entry every 5 minutes for the DDNS registration. Today while investigating a NAT rule I see that the logviewer has 2 entries for the same DDNS update, both showing success.
