We currently have a strange problem. The Super Admin user does not have the option to create policies for MacOS or Windows in Sophos Central Mobile. However, another user in the admin role can. For example, the option for setup policies is also missing.
We have already tested different browsers or devices, but without success.

This really does sound strange. Can you share with us the roles applied to this Supper Admin account? You can log in to this Account on your Sophos Central and then go to General settings role management = Supper Admin.
Check if all options has check mark on it.

thanks for your reply. It really is a strange issue.
The Super Admin has all roles applied .
Could it be, that somehow the connected Azure AD is the issue? Because our Super Admin is a separate Account, that has been created in Central itsself and isnt connected to anything else. But the Admin Account is synced from Azure.
There shouldnt be any other differences as far as Im aware.
