Sophos MDM E-Mail Attachment Problem

Hello everyone,
I have the following problem:
A user with an Android cell phone wants to send an e-mail attachment from the private area in the business area.
However, he cannot access the private area because the administrator has not allowed this according to the message.
Does anyone here know a solution to the problem?

The funny thing is that the other users can do it.

    Is the user/device container the same as the other devices that can access the private Area? May we know what OS this device user? If the device is IOS, you may try checking the below.

    Sign in to Sophos Mobile web console.
    Go to Policies > iOS
    Click Create > Device policy to create a new restriction policy.
    Enter a name, select +Add
    Select Restrictions under Basic Configuration.
    Under Company Data, mark the checkbox next to Allow documents to be shared only within managed apps/accounts.
    Click Apply
    Click Save
