Apple DEP Profile Task Bundle not Deploying

Thank you for reaching out to the community forum.

May we know the OS version of those nelly enrolled devices that are having this issue? 
Was it only observed on a certain OS version, or does it affect each newly enrolled device with different versions? 

We have the same problem.
The tasks always stay on "Pending" "not started" ore "Waiting for user interaction".
Even tho the Apps are from VPP and should install automaticly.

Long time ago everything worked fine, but since 6-12 months everything is not working as good as it used to be...

We also have a similiar problem. We can't assign a task bundle in our Apple DEP Profile. The only selection possibility is "None"

It's newly enrolled devices regardless of version. The versions have been 17+.

Is there an "Enrol" task included in the task bundle? 

DEP profile settings
A task bundle that will be transferred onto the devices when they are enrolled with Sophos Mobile. The list includes all task bundles that contain no enrollment task.

The device is enrolled via Apple configurator using a "server" that has the URL of the device group we want the device a member of in Sophos MDM. We can see the device in the target device group in Sophos MDM then we sync DEP and assign a profile.
