After syncing Sophos MDM with ABM to pull a newly onboarded device into Sophos, the task bundle that is in the DEP profile we assign stays on Not Started in the task list and never changes. We have to go to the device and transfer the task bundle which deploys successfully.

May we know the OS version of those nelly enrolled devices that are having this issue?
Was it only observed on a certain OS version, or does it affect each newly enrolled device with different versions?
