Dear Community,
we are using Apple User Enrollment for iOS. The users want to update the Outlook App enrolled with Apple User Enrollment. But they cannot.
Any ideas? How are App Updates pushed with this enrollment type?

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community forum.
This seems to be an Apple ID issue. If a VPP app is assigned to the device, then the updates will be fetched automatically. If it's assigned to the user, then they will need to manually update the VPP app.
If the app is assigned to the user via VPP but the device was enrolled via Apple User Enrollment, it's also possible that the user has a different Apple ID logged into the App Store than the managed Apple ID they’re trying to update the app with.

Can you please share a screenshot of your update settings at "Setup > Apple setup > Apple VPP on Sophos Central?
For testing purposes, on one of the affected devices, can you try to push another app installation task? This should install the latest version of the app. Let me know how it goes.

This was successful, but of course for us a workaround.
