Hey Community,
For 3 days Intercept X For Mobile did not scan my device. The last scan logs show were 2/15/2023 @ 12:pm, it did not scan again until 2/18/2023. I've never had this issue before and the scan is set up for daily. I don't understand why this happened. If someone could please enlighten me it would be appreciated.
My device:
Galaxy S22 Ultra/ Android 13

Version: 9.7.3542
No recent updates.
I've attempted to send log files but
unfortunately, sophos isnt automatically inserting the receipient address so I dont know where to send logs.
