Let me know what version of Chrome and Intercept X Mobile are installed on your device. The ones I am using to test with are as follows. - Chrome: 106.0.5249.126- Intercept X Mobile: 9.7.3524
If you can share additional context on how you're receiving and opening the links, this will help us investigate further.
Like SiG, the issue is happening after the Android 13 update (assuming this is the update in reference). The issue is independent of the selected browser type or link origin; I can replicate it on Chrome, Edge, and Brave. I also have used Gmail as well as Outlook with the same results and have cleared cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled InterceptX as troubleshooting steps, so I am pretty confident that the issue SiG reported and like me is Android 13 related.

Thanks for the clarification here. I do see an update is planned which will correct this. I expect the release to go out within the next couple of weeks.
I don't see a fix yet...
This is corrected in version 18.104.22.1685 or higher. I do see the work on this version is finished, but I do not yet see a definitive release date.

we are now in 2023, there is no update in the google play store, only 9.7.3524 version 26 september 2022. you mention this update to 3525 in "a couple of weeks" there is STILL nothing. come on guys, starting to lose faith here . . .
My apologies for the inaccurate information I posted in my previous reply. I have followed up with our team and will update this thread with any additional information I'm able to provide.
The latest version of Intercept X Mobile is currently going through a staged rollout process. Every few days, the latest version of the app is made available to a new region of customers.
Feel free to send me a private message with your locale so I may follow up with you once it has been released to your region. Otherwise, I will update this thread once the release process has concluded.
I just downloaded the latest version and it seems to be fixed
