Sophos Mobile: Enrolled Samsung A40's & A20e's not displaying IMEI or Serial number

Hi,

We have just started enrolling some of our company mobiles (Android) to Sophos Mobile & we deliver the Sophos Intercept App via Google Workspace which sends this to the mobile with the config we apply.

The one thing we have noticed is that we are struggling to identify who's device is who's.

There is limited information on the Sophos Mobile portal & everytime a device enrolls it will enroll with 'Auto-Configured 33' & so on...

We can see there is a device ID but that doesn't help us as it isn't the IMEI or the Serial number.

I'm just wondering if there is a way we can pull this data from the phone for Sophos Mobile?

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thank you for your reply. 

    Unfortunately when we look at the device ID, it is giving us a combination of letters/numbers but nothing we can use such as IMEI, UDID or MEID. 

    Here is an example of what gives as Device ID: 4c3b2650dc360689

    Does this look familiar to you?
