Intercept X Password Safe with Apple Face ID

Hi Guys,

by Boss got a new iPhone X. Now when he opens Intercept X Password Safe he cant use Apple Face ID to unlock the password file. There is no such button. How can this be? In hes older iPhone X the button was there. The app has all permissions. Is this a bug? Can anybody help me?

Hi David Hein Could you please check under the Settings> Password safe> Create password safe file, if you see the option Allow Face ID and enable the same?

Hi Shweta,

there is no such menus. There is no password safe menu under settings and u cant create any password files. Its a i Phone.

The above screenshot is taken from iPhone XR. What is the option you see under settings could you please confirm? Is it managed by Sophos Central mobile?

Its a Apple iPhone 12 Pro Silver 256 GB. Yes, its managed by Sophos Central Mobile. In the settings menu it has only, Degree of logging, Send log files, Data acquisition (translated from German).

I have reinstalled the App many times already.
