after SSL renew we´ve problems with Samsung Galaxy A5 Devices. They are running Android 8.0.0
The SSL Cert is from Sectico (former Comodo) running for 1 Year.
All other Devices, iOS, Android 10 are running well after SSL change.
Sophos Mobile On Prem Ver. 9.6.2
Does anyone know problems with these devices?

Hi Shweta,
the devices are not connected anymore to the SMC Server. After a new registration, everything works again.
Also with the old SMC App: MobileControlApp (9.0.3394)
Here you can see the error message on the devices.
On a device that you are seeing the issue can you please attempt to unenroll and reenroll one of the devices with the issue.
You will need to install the securely SSL certificate on your device to ensure that securely is able to filter all HTTPS sites browsed there Effectively.
Your Android device will need to have a PIN set otherwise by default, you will not be able to install any certificates to the device GarageBand PC.
