Sophos Secure E-Mail Error AS21

Hi everybody,

Dennis Schröder wrote some time ago this answer:

i found the Problem. It was an wrong configuration in the Active Directory. One checkbox was not "checked" "Allow inheritable permissions from parent to propagate to his object"

Where to find this checkbox?

The user must be referring to the active directory settings. What is the version of the Sophos secure email installed and are you seeing this error on Android devices?

Hi Shweta,

yes I see this issue on Android. It appears after rollout on first setup of the mail account on this container ."Connection to server not possible (AS"!)"

We tried this user on another phone - same error.

We tried another user on this phone - it works.

Other user on other Android phone works.

So it must be something with this user

The version of Sophos Email App is v7.4.10.
