Could you confirm the device is connected to mobile data and then try re-enrolling it?
email are receiving , and attachment are able to download as well, error occurs when you open the attachment either from secure email /direct from workspace
Could you please confirm on which device you are facing the issue with the Android version. What is the version of Sophos secure workspace?
Device Android 8.0.0 and Sophos Secure workspace version is latest 9.6.3020
Have you tried re-enrolling the device?
