Can version 9.6 be used with iOS 14 or iPadOS 14, or is there an update for Sophos Mobile Control?

Sophos Mobile 9.6 will be compatible with Ios 14. Once the documents are updated with the latest information, we will be updating the information on our platforms.

Problems with syncing of several devices after the upgrade to iOS 14 / iPadOS 14 ...

Sophos Mobile on latest version, but the problems are definately to see.

Looking forward to a getting a soon solution! Thanks ...

With activated and working VPN the sync inside the Sophos Mobile app is not possible on several devices ("sync failed, connection could not be established, please try later")

No errors to found in the server log. Also the APN are not reachable ...

Until one week ago everything was working fine.

Hello,

Updating to Sophos Mobile 9.5 is possible from version 8.5 or higher. Sophos Mobile Control (SMC) client applications should be updated to the most recent version before the update to prevent any communication issues. The SMC app version 8.6 and 9.0 have been successfully tested with Sophos Mobile 9.5 alaskasworld
