Hello All,I've deployed DEP profile and with MDM policy which deny remove MDM profile from iPad and deny reset iPad to factory settings.By mistake this device has been removed from MDM device list. I'm not able to remove profile from iPad to re-enroll it. Also I can't reset it to factory settings.
How can I re-enroll it from MDM level? Is any chance to create device and add this iPad to this new created device?

Yes, it's not exist anymore. Also I can't reset to factory setting and set another DEP profile to sort it. It was removed from MDM by mistake (another person) durring my DEP different profile test. And I have problem. I recreate iPad in MDM with same user but it doesn't want to re-enroll at all.

AFAIK, a factory reset should always be possible. In case if you are not able to perform a factory reset via device then check via the " Apple configurator 2" app.
Hi Shweta, I tried as well. It's sais that another computer is blocking access.I start to think I broke iPad.Do you think Apple can help with?
I would suggest you check with Apple Support once, they can help with the other available options to factory reset if any.
