Remove profile when iPad deleted from MDM

Hello All,
I've deployed DEP profile and with MDM policy which deny remove MDM profile from iPad and deny reset iPad to factory settings.
By mistake this device has been removed from MDM device list. I'm not able to remove profile from iPad to re-enroll it. Also I can't reset it to factory settings.

How can I re-enroll it from MDM level? Is any chance to create device and add this iPad to this new created device?

    Hello,

     You’re asked for permission to install the profile and, when you open the file, information about what it contains is displayed. You can see the profiles you have installed in Settings  > General > Profiles & Device Management. If you delete a profile, all of the settings, apps, and data associated with the profile are also deleted myccpay
