Hi, I am getting "Failed" error when the initial checks happen when installing the Sophos Mobile Control checks for connection with external servers.
I am attaching the screenshot. The failed parameter is Android FCM server communication. If anyone can help?
Could you please check and confirm if the ports listed in this article are open and accessible?

There are issues with system property check failing while checking FCM or GCM connection which will be fixed with Sophos Mobile 9.5 currently scheduled for the end of October 2019. The steps performed by you are used as a workaround for this issue. For more information, please check this link.
