[Sophos Notification] Sophos Central Mobile EU-Central-1 region experiencing communication issues

Sophos Central Mobile within the EU-Central-1 region is experiencing communication issues since 22nd August 2019 7 AM UTC, which could lead to many communication-related issues.

    The backlog of open tasks for the mobile device is continuously decreasing within the complete EU-Central-1 region.

    The rate of successful device synchronizations which has seen a lot of spikes and gaps went back to a constant high level which means devices can synchronize again.

    We recommend you to test the enrollment of new devices tomorrow. For more information, please refer to the above article.
