Mugthesec malware on my computer. What do I do to get rid of it?

I got this following message on my Sophos dashboard:

Manual PUA cleanup required: 'Mughthesec' at '/Volumes/playnow/Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/mac'

What specific steps do I take to get rid of this?
