We are facing these days problems with our Cyberoam firewalls.
We used to operate a web-filtering using rules from LAN to WAN. The most important rule causing problem is that of internet connexion. The rule is attached to Active Directory users and apply the required web filtering configured.
It worked well since many weeks. Unfortunately, a few days ago, only the HTTPS traffic works. The HTTP one in dropped by the firewall by an ID-0 rule !!!
When we add a rule which allows PCs to go directly to the internet using their IP addresses without using Active Directory sessions and without using web filtering, it works well.
We noticed also that the automatic update of :AV, IPS, Database of web categories, signature of applications, is not working. An error message: "Failed to upgrade to Mon 19 Jun 2017 12:26:52
