I can't remove the bundlore virus.

I have a problem with this virus, I've tried to delete it but I can't. Can anyone tell me how to manually delete it? I searched with my antivirus and I can't find it. I hope someone can help me.

Can you please share us details on the client operating system and the Sophos product that you are using? Also, can you share a screenshot or some additional information on the detection that you are seeing?
