My website is flagged High Risk Mal / HTMLGen-A,

Our site hometogether.ca  is a volunteer non profit website for affordable homes through sharing. We hired the site built, but the site builder says it is fine.  What can I do to find and fix this problem?  There are currently almost 300 people using this site and I am concerned the site may be spreading what ever kind of malware this is.   The site was also hacked about a month ago, at that time he added the HTMLS.   He said it was hacked through the c-panel. He uses an old CKeditor program to create his sites.  Anyone have any suggestions of what i can do.    We would get another web builder but we cannot afford to as we are all volunteers and are an unfunded non profit.
