malware on mac

Hello, I am currently a home sophos user and I have malware that my software cannot delete. I am also a mac user. Are there free tools that mac users can use to remove malware or do I have to upgrade to the premium service?

Could you please provide more details about the detection name or the error message you are receiving? Also please let us know which Sophos product you are referring to?
