Please can someone tell me how to manually remove the Bundlore virus? I tried to find it in my Mac and delete it in my trash and although it's gone from my computer it hasn't gone from sophos quarantine manager.
I don't have any of the options given in most posts - along the top bar when i have sophos open it just gives File, Edit, Scan, Window, Help. I have the free home version and don't know what to do. I tried to drop the virus names into a custom scan and type their addresses into a custom scan but it didn't work
I am not fully computer literate so please no jargon!
