Hi all,
We experience the following issues.
Our policy for the Quarantine Summary is as follow:
Yesterday (June 20) at 4:30 PM a email got into the Quarantine of a user.
Due to the policy we expected that we sould get a Quarantine Summary mail around 6 PM.
We never got that Summary, wereleased id manually the day after at 9:45 AM.
We are facing this behavior everywhere.
Is there anything we can check or do about this?
