Change outbound email in Cpanel

I am configuring sophos email security, inbound email is okay but the outbound email did not, I'm confuse how to change outbound email in cPanel. 

Any suggestion please.

  •   Thank you for your reply. I will let the assigned engineer to continue with you through the case. It seems that the issue is about outbound but your example screenshots were for inbound. And the entries in our backend logs show that you were sending internal emails (not inbound or outbound) to Sophos Email. So this case needs more background information than can be discussed in public. I will monitor the case though to see what information I can contribute to help diagnose the issue. Thanks!
