id-euc1.prod.hydra.sophos.com blacklisted by UCE

Hello Sophos friends,

at the moment we're receiving lots of bounce messages because the SOPHOS Mail Gateway server id-euc1.prod.hydra.sophos.com is blacklisted at UCE.

Here's the bounce message:

What's the right way to contact SOPHOS to un-list their IP address?

We're a new SOPHOS partner, sorry for this easy question. :-)

Best regards,

Tino

  • No, I don't contacted the support because I was not able to log into support.sophos.com (we're a new SOPHOS partner).

Now I've got access, but after I read the article LuCar Toni mentioned, I think that SOPHOS will do nothing.

At the moment the affected IP is not longer blocked by UCE1 - it's listed on UCE2 only. And that does not have a negative affect.

  • Being a partner -- try raising your concerns with your channel rep, channel tech person... not sure if you have those resources in Germany, but I know in the US I sometimes have gotten things moving (as a Partner myself) via those back channels.
