So it is likely, Sophos already rotated the IPs in the background. Do you still get bounce messages? 

OK, now it makes sense why SOPHOS will not do something.

So we've to think about SOPHOS E-Mail ... if this will work properly.

Tino, have you tried opening an official Sophos Support case at https://support.sophos.com  ??

No, I don't contacted the support because I was not able to log into support.sophos.com (we're a new SOPHOS partner).

Now I've got access, but after I read the article LuCar Toni mentioned, I think that SOPHOS will do nothing.

At the moment the affected IP is not longer blocked by UCE1 - it's listed on UCE2 only. And that does not have a negative affect.

Being a partner -- try raising your concerns with your channel rep, channel tech person... not sure if you have those resources in Germany, but I know in the US I sometimes have gotten things moving (as a Partner myself) via those back channels.

The whole subnet is still listed on UCEPROTECT 2.... We´ve received some bounces while sending using central today. Seems like Sophos is still using this subnet in EU central.

The host is no longer listed. So I'll close this topic.
