3CX DLL-Sideloading attack: What you need to know
I'm getting "Something went wrong while adding new domain." when i'm trying to add new Domain to Email Protection/MailFlow page. Azure DC Application already syncing and groups/users are in sync correctly. But i'm getting this error once i press "Setup M364 MailFlow"
Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.
For this, you would need to get a case open with Support to investigate, feel free to share the Case ID once you have it, so we can follow along.
Here is the CASE ID : 05846281 , Thank you
Are you attempting to use a group? If so it must match a group name that was created in Azure. I do not think "All Users" is a group that Azure AD creates. If you specify a group that doesn't exist it will return an error.
actually, I selected multiple groups which auto populated from my Azure Sync App, So it can't be a mis-spell in regards to the group name...
MIna Aziz1 I checked your case today and it seems to have been closed due to no response. Anyway, this kind of error usually comes up when using only a Central admin account. Adding a domain has to be done using a Central Superadmin account. If you are using a Superadmin account already but still having the same issue, or if you need to us to revisit the case please do let us know. Thanks!
