I cannot send a Cisco support file (an EXE inside a ZIP) without receiving the following message:I have turned off all advanced features in the email policy, and there appears to be no outbound policy specific options. How do I allow myself to send an email with this attachment?
In Central Email Security have a look at the Policies -> Base Policy - Data Loss Prevention or any custom policy you created. You can create a custom one or disable temporarily.

Please open a case with support, and provide the email you were trying to send so this can be analyzed by Labs and add an exception for the same.
