Our dance studio quicksteps.com.au is having issues sending emails to bigpond.com email addresses.
It appears all our emails to bigpond.com addresses are being blocked, and the reporting of multiple false spam positives has not changed anything.
We have followed the instructions to send false spam positives in RFC-2822 format to not-spam@labs.sophos.com as an attachment.
Two questions
- does the not-spam@labs.sophos.com address accept multiple emails attached into one submission? The knowledge base article should make this clear.
- apart from reporting to not-spam@labs.sophos.com, is there anything else we can do
