Overview
Sophos has received reports from Central Email customers in the US-East region who are experiencing their outbound emails being marked as spam.
Impact
Emails will be deleted and will need to be re-sent again.

Development is currently investigating the issue.

Workaround
- As the issue is being investigated customers experiencing this issue can temporarily bypass outbound emails and send email directly to the recipient.
- Instructions vary depending on clients mail provider:
- Please advise customers of the following to ensure company policies are met:
- Central Email will not be able to perform Data Loss Protection Policies for outbound email sent to the bypassed domains
- Emails cannot be encrypted when sending to the bypassed domains
- Smart Banners cannot be stripped/removed if email is bypassed
