[Update] Cause has been determined and the issue has been resolved. Email queues has been processed and email flow should be back to normal.
We are currently investigating some Central Email customer reports of delayed inbound emails.
Inbound emails sent to clients may be returned with a "451 4.7.1 Service unavailable - try again later" message by Sophos. Mail servers should resent emails after some time.
